GemSnap provides AI-powered crystal and gemstone identification. Our identifications are estimates based on visual analysis and should not be relied upon as professional gemological appraisals. For high-value purchases or authentication, always consult a certified gemologist.
Free & Paid Plans
Free users receive 3 scans per day with basic identification results. Crystal Pro subscribers receive unlimited scans and full reports including value estimates, authenticity tips, and metaphysical properties.
Subscriptions
Crystal Pro is available as a weekly ($4.99/week) or annual ($29.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal accessible from the Pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Accuracy Disclaimer
While GemSnap achieves high accuracy across thousands of minerals, AI identification is not infallible. Confidence scores are provided with every result. GemSnap is not liable for financial decisions made based on our identifications. Always verify high-value stones with a professional.
User Content
Photos you upload are processed for identification only and are not stored permanently. By using GemSnap, you confirm you have the right to upload the images you submit. Shared crystal cards may be publicly accessible via their URLs.
Referral Program
Users can earn bonus scans by referring friends. Referral rewards are credited when the referred user completes their first scan. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) may result in account restrictions.
